This year, I bought myself some acrylic paint markers and it’s been a joy to color with them. You can use them on multiple surfaces, but I’ve been using them on good old paper. I love the vibrant colors and it’s been been motivating me to pick drawing back up. I had stepped away from it for months because I just wasn’t interested in the usual pencil/charcoal on paper, but I realized that I’ve always been drawn to color. So why not start there?
I’ve been finding channels on Instagram and following along with their drawings, and it’s been both fun and a great stress reliever. Here’s to keeping it up this year!
